Château La Chassagne


The domain Château la Chassagne belongs to the village Pont de Pany, and is located about 15 km west of Dijon with its own motorway access (A38 Dijon-Paris).

Château la Chassagne was built as a hunting lodge around 1865 along with the Canal de Bourgogne. The property is located above the canal, at the entrance to the Ouche Valley, a popular destination in the region. The house has been extensively restored and equipped with the latest technology, so that it presents itself today in the deluxe standard. It currently serves as a company headquarters and as a Treffpunkthotel. The castle has a bistro, two restaurants and a hunting lodge, and offers luxurious rooms and suites for 22 guests. Added to this are the corresponding administrative and economic areas, resulting in a total living and usable area of around 1500 m2.

The former hunting lodge is surrounded by 400,000 m2 of parks with exotic trees, a vineyard and cooperage, golf driving range (par 3), tennis hard court, fitness center, sauna etc., extensive leisure area with heli-port, garden chess and covered barbecue area. around 12,000 m2 of enclosure with fallow deer, castle chapel, and four outbuildings (caretaker's house, stables, garages, fitness building).
